Terms of Service

These terms apply to the FlyPig Games website and games that link to this page, including Brick Pop. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Long Ma, operating as FlyPig Games. Please read these terms before using our games. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant game or service.

1. Playing our games

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use our games for your personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. Follow the age rating and requirements shown in the relevant app store. If you are a minor where you live, use the game with the permission of your parent or legal guardian.

2. Fair use and player conduct

Please do not cheat, manipulate scores or rankings, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt our servers, or use automation to gain an unfair advantage. Do not attempt unauthorized access to other players’ information. Display names and other information you submit must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringe another person’s rights.

You may not redistribute or commercially exploit our game assets or software without permission, except where applicable law allows it. You retain any rights you have in information you submit and permit us to process and display it as needed to provide the relevant feature, such as leaderboards.

3. Progress, scores and online features

Some progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data, or changing devices may cause loss of local progress unless a supported backup or transfer feature is available. Online features require a working internet connection. Leaderboards may use seasons, eligibility rules and score verification; we may correct invalid scores to keep competition fair.

4. Virtual items, purchases and advertisements

Availability of purchases and advertisements varies by game and version. Where offered, prices and purchase details are shown before you confirm a transaction. Virtual coins and items are for use within the game, have no cash redemption value, and cannot be traded outside the game unless we expressly provide that feature.

Payments are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider. Refund requests are subject to that provider’s procedures and your rights under applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights you may have for faulty or misdescribed digital products. Do not make purchases without the authorization of the account holder. Advertised rewards are subject to the conditions displayed in the game; availability of ads is not guaranteed.

5. Privacy and notifications

The privacy policy linked in each game explains its data practices. For Brick Pop, read the Brick Pop Privacy Policy. Other games may use different services and policies, available from their in-game settings or app store listings. Optional notifications can be disabled in your device settings.

6. Updates and service availability

We may update games to fix issues or change features, and online services may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every feature will remain available forever. Where a material change affects paid content or rights, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law and relevant store requirements.

7. Suspension and ending use

You can stop using a game at any time. We may restrict online access or remove invalid leaderboard entries where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, security risks or unlawful activity. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact us. Uninstalling a game does not automatically delete server-side records; privacy requests can be sent to the contact below.

8. Responsibility and consumer rights

We aim to provide enjoyable, reliable games but cannot guarantee that they will always be free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer rights, including applicable guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version with a new effective date. We will provide any additional notice or seek agreement where required by applicable law. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
